Upload 1–2 clear photos of yourself and 1–2 of your cat. You don't need to be in the same photo! Good lighting and a clear view of your face and your cat's markings help us capture the details. Try to avoid blurry photos or heavy filters.

We'll do our best to capture the details that make you and your cat recognizable, like your hairstyle and your cat's markings. Since everything is created in the Mio + Mugi anime style, some details may look different from your photos. Each illustration and animation is AI-assisted and reviewed before delivery.

Yes! You can choose from Sleepy Morning, Rainy Window, or Under the Covers when placing your order. Each scene will be personalized with you and your cat.

You'll receive one personalized anime illustration and a 10–15 second animated video featuring you and your cat in your chosen scene. We'll send both to your email.

We'll email your illustration and animated video within 5 business days after we've received both your payment and usable photos (Monday–Friday, Pacific Time, excluding US federal holidays). If we need clearer photos, we'll let you know.

We don't offer creative revisions, such as a different scene, pose or style. Sent the wrong photos or picked the wrong scene? Tell us before we email "We're starting your Mugify Me order" and we'll update your order for free. After that, changes can't be guaranteed. If there's a significant mistake on our side, such as the wrong scene or a major error in your or your cat's features, email us within 14 days of delivery and we'll correct it once, or refund you if we can't. This doesn't limit your legal rights.

Your photos will only be used to create your Mugify Me order, and we'll never share them publicly without your permission. We use third-party AI tools to create your illustration and animation, so your photos will be processed through those services. You can learn more about how we handle and store your photos in our Privacy Policy.

Of course! Feel free to share your illustration or animated video. We'd love to see it, so tag us @mioandmugi if you do!

Because every Mugify Me order is made just for you, you can cancel for a full refund until production begins, which is when we email you "We're starting your Mugify Me order". After that, we can't offer change-of-mind refunds, except where the law requires one. If there's a significant mistake we can't fix, we'll refund you. This doesn't affect your rights under applicable consumer law.

For now, each Mugify Me order includes one person and one cat. We're keeping things simple for our first launch, but we'd love to offer more options in the future!
